Help us welcome the VT Architecture Students back to Pocahontas!! Everyone is Invited!!
The students return on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 12 and 13.
Overview
Tuesday evening, from 5-6:30 at the Moto Inn on Centre Street, will be a public meeting. Students will present conceptual designs where community members can share feedback.
The team is working on ideas for:
- Fuel Building
- Opera house + Fire Station
- Company Store Lot
- Infill concepts for former housing area up Centre Street.
Wednesday from 9 am-5 pm, the students will continue fieldwork, documentation, research, design efforts, and site visits. During this time, as you see the students around Town, you can discuss your concerns or ideas with them if you cannot attend the community meeting.
